Hamilton Litestat launched their new website back in September 2020, including a full range of high quality decorative electrical wiring accessories, circuit protection, smart lighting controls and audio systems.
We caught up with Gavin Williams (Sales & Marketing Director) this week to see how things were going.
Gavin commented, “We are more than happy to share the success of our new Hamilton Litestat website. Our customers have been using our new online ‘product configurator tool’, to help them quickly view different product attribute combinations including colour, gang and type across all of our ranges.
One of the most popular and useful website functionalities has to be the ‘automated datasheet downloads’, which is also driven by e-Pim, providing our customers with ‘instant’ and the most up-to-date product information.
We are also able to quickly create news content, case studies and along with some great new photography, our website is really ‘packing a punch’. The most important thing is that our customers can enjoy a seamless, consistent and convenient shopping experience through our e-Pim driven website platform”.
